Proof, not claims.
Real deployments with measurable outcomes. Each case study documents the client context, the operational problem, what Forge deployed, and the results.
Our approach
Document everything. Anonymize when necessary.
When we deploy Forge, we document the entire process. Even if the client prefers anonymity, we publish the case study. An anonymized case study is powerful. It shows the problem is real, the solution works, and the outcomes are measurable.
Every case study follows this structure:
First deployment
Case studies coming this month.
Our first client deployment is scheduled for this month. We will document everything immediately — the problem, the solution, the timeline, and the outcomes. Check back soon for the first case study.

No logos without permission.
We do not use client logos without explicit permission. We do not claim deployments that have not happened. We do not exaggerate outcomes. The case studies you see here are real, documented, and verified. If you see a logo, it is because the client agreed to be named. If you see an anonymized study, it is because that is what the client preferred. Either way, the results are real.
We document because the next client needs to see what is possible.
Every deployment teaches us something. Every case study captures that learning. When we write about a regional bank that reduced reconciliation time from two weeks to two days, we are not just showing off. We are documenting the configuration, the constraints, and the decisions that made it work — so the next client can benefit from the same knowledge.
That is why we publish even when we cannot name the client. An anonymized case study from a real deployment is more valuable than a named testimonial from a fictional one. We do not do fictional.
Deploy Forge with documented outcomes.
Book a scoping call and let us discuss your operational challenges. If we deploy Forge together, we will document the entire process and results — with your approval on how we share it.
